許多人從來沒有讀過聖經, 對他們而言,基督徒就是活生生的聖經。上帝那愛的信息,無與倫比。這救贖的好消息,需要可靠的使者,去傳報 給世人知道。哥林多後書三章1至3節明白指出,其實我們不只是信差,我 們的品格本身,也在傳遞信息。我們就是「基督的推薦信⋯讓大家知道, 給大家誦讀的。」真正合乎神心意的權能佈道,必須帶著謙卑的記號,藉 由禱告與代求才能推動。

2 Corinthians 1-3
1 Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, as some, letters of commendation to you or from you? 2 You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men; 3 being manifested that you are a letter of Christ, cared for by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
腓立比書二章 5-8節
你 们 当 以 基 督 耶 稣 的 心 为 心 ：他 本 有 神 的 形 像 ， 不 以 自 己 与 神 同 等 为 强 夺 的 ；反 倒 虚 己 ， 取 了 奴 仆 的 形 像 ， 成 为 人 的 样 式 ；既 有 人 的 样 子 ， 就 自 己 卑 微 ， 存 心 顺 服 ， 以 至 於 死 ， 且 死 在 十 字 架 上 。
Philippians 2:5-8
5 Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. 8 Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
